Best fish sandwich in Portsmouth. Hot and fresh. There platters are delicious I haven't had a bad experience. It's hard to mess up fried seafood if you know what to do.
This is a gem I found this place while in the area. I got my fried crabs and cooked hard crab cake done right! I highly recommend this place for some good fresh tasting seafood!
One of the best seafood spots in Portsmouth. If you have been, you need to go. The food is always on point, and they give you a lot. I never finish my food because they give you so much.

Absolutely the best fish in Portsmouth ive had. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend the cat fish and the deviled crabs.
I believe this was my first time visiting this restaurant since it became Tony's. Now, when it was under the name, Wicker's Crab and Seafood, even as a child, I remember going quite often... those were the days. Nevertheless, I have visited twice within the past two weeks. My daughter wanted the fried deviled crab. I thought she meant deviled crab, but she definitely knew what she wanted, because I thought no such thing existed. I pulled up the menu on Yelp and there it was... fried deviled crab. While I was not interested in trying it, I opted for the scallops lunch special and the crab egg roll. I drive by this restaurant from time to time, and the parking lot is usually packed. And during this pandemic, I am sure people are craving good seafood. I called our order in... after about 5 attempts (line busy) I was able to place my order and was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. We rolled up about 25 minutes later and as expected the parking lot was almost full. But as minutes went by, the cars started to flood the parking lot. Both times, our order was fulfilled with no issues. The scallops are small, but I enjoyed them. I really enjoyed the crab egg rolls. The hush-puppies, a bit greasy, but I still ate them. The fries... now I love fries, but these fries I could only eat a few. And when I order fries, I like to eat them all, but Tony's not so much. Overall, I recommend you give this place a try. Parking may be an issue, but nearby street parking is available. Have fun and enjoy life :)
